Moving to Secondary School is often a time that parents and carers, who have children with special educational needs, can find daunting and it often appears to include complicated processes. Our workshops aim to make the whole process of transition much clearer for Bolton’s parents and carers.

Transition to Secondary School workshops are suitable when your child is in Year 5 or 6.

As the process is different for those with an EHC Plan, we run 2 different workshops so we can make sure we cover all the details needed. This session is for those with an EHC Plan.
